¿Cómo podemos cambiar este gran problema? Michelle Obama promovió una campaña contra la obesidad….
Necesitamos animar a nuestros alumnos a que practiquen deporte en grupo… como un hábito… y que lleven una dieta equilibrada…
Siempre podemos involucrarnos en cambiar sus hábitos si es para beneficio…
En cuanto a todo el tiempo que dedican al ordenador es necesario poner límites…
Has tocado un tema de gran debate Nora. Estoy de acuerdo totalmente en que la obesidad infantil (y ya no solo infantil) se esta convirtiendo en un grave problema dentro dela sociedad española. Si bien recuerdo, yo llegaba del cole a las 4 y estaba deseando hacer los deberes para salir a la calle con mis amigos a dar cuatro patadas a un bote, a un zumo o a una pelota (si alguno tenía). Hoy en dia tu sales a la calle y raro es encontrarte ya a algun niño jugando en la plaza. Ahora o estan apuntados a alguna actividad extra-escolar de coste alguno o se tiran toda la tarde delante de una pantalla, ya sea de ordenador o de TV. Como bien dice tu articulo la E.F deberia encargarse de este tema, pero con dos o tres horas a la semana poco se puede hacer.
Dentro de este tema influyen otros muchos factores como son las prisas de los adultos y lo que acarrea como son las comidas poco saludables y de preparacion rapida.
En definitiva es un tema para desglosar poco a poco pero no te metas con los de E.F que te meto!! =)
